Nuremberg, Nov. 29th, 2018 | The Nuremberg based mobility service provider Choice intends to take over InnoZ GmbH (Innovation Center for Mobility and Social Change) in whole or in part. Choice CEO Mr. Jürgen Lobach announced negotiations with Deutsche Bahn, main shareholder of the InnoZ, within the next few days. The goal is to further develop electro-mobility as the core of a digitally connected world of services. Choice believes that the EUREF Campus in Berlin as an ideal research and experimental spot for elaborating new mobility options together with customers.
Choice has established itself as a provider of comprehensive mobility-as-a-service offerings to businesses, communities and urban developers, and wants to further strengthen that position. “The InnoZ has an excellent reputation as well as a high degree of competence in the future fields of mobility", says Jürgen Lobach. “The EUREF campus in Berlin is the place where the mobility of tomorrow is visible. Choice would like to support this development and contribute to the campus, together with the many other companies and research institutions there.”
